  • Pricing: All prices on the website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

4. Commission Painting Orders

For commissioned artworks, the following terms apply:

  • Initial Consultation: Upon request, Belinda Eldridge will discuss your vision and ideas for the commissioned artwork, including size, style, and preferred colour scheme.

  • Agreement: A formal agreement and pricing will be discussed, and a deposit of 50% will be required before work begins on the commission.

  • Completion Time: Estimated completion times for commission paintings will be provided based on the complexity and size of the artwork, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance of the agreed price is due upon completion and prior to shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ship all orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • International Shipping: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees associated with their order.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, as all of our artworks are unique or custom-created, returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms:

  • Original Artworks: We do not accept returns or exchanges on original paintings unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Commission Paintings: Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned paintings, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we encourage open communication throughout the creation process to ensure the artwork aligns with your vision. If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Belinda Eldridge and are protected by copyright laws. No part of the content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent from Belinda Eldridge.

For commissioned artworks, while the customer may display and enjoy the artwork in their private space, the copyright of the artwork remains with Belinda Eldridge unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. User Conduct
